Additional Fees

Public holiday surcharge 50% extra
Cancellation Fees: Pet Sitting - 50% of the total booking fee if the service is cancelled less than 24 hours notice prio to any service.Grooming, Hydrobathing, dog walking – 100% of the total booking fee if service is cancelled on the day.
Pet Transportation: $1.50 per km travelled + $15 per hour for additional time when an emergency arises.
Key pick up / drop off: $10
